All animals are shipped overnight with the most up to date packing standards
.Live arrival is guaranteed.
The animal will be replaced or you will be issued a refund for the full price of the animal so long as i am notified with in 2 hours of animal DOA arrival.
We strive to keep the animals safety at the top of the list..So if temps are to high or low in any of the shipping areas...
The shipment will be delayed until weather is suitable!
